Make an appointment
1. E-mail, henriette.joubert@vodamail.co.za or call on 082 72 72 153. Leave a message if I do not answer immediately, I am probably in the middle of an examination, I WILL return your call.
2. My diary usually requires one working week notice, so be sure to make your appointment timorously. Emergency appointments can usually be made after hours.
3. We agree on a time and place for our appointment - examinations usually take place at the clients' premises.
4. At the time of the appointment the examiner and client will discuss the case facts and Relevant Questions will be formulated.
5. Examinations commence one by one, each to take up about a half hour.
6. Reports and Invoice are e-mailed on that same day or no later than 12:00 the following day.
